Would i be able to upgrade my notebook ATI Radeon X1200 Series ? - notebook chipset

I have an AMD Turion 64 X2 2.0Ghz, 2.5GB of RAM and an RS690 chipset. Can I upgrade the graphics card on my laptop? Thank you. Or a way to improve the quality of graphics.
