Can i use dual channel memory in single channel memory slots? - how to find model of tiny computer

Hello. tried my sisters RAM upgrade computer security I've so far from here to help low-density PC3200 / ECC is not compatible with this team to buy in goin 2 x1gb. The office already has 2 slots with 2 x 512 MB PC2700 installed, that I am a year ago, matching pairs, and that eBay had no problems with them.

But I can install in pairs (dual-channel memory) said that it could be that I get to the two locations benifts-channel memory, as I only used channel, but an eBay seller said that you use the single channel RAM exploration rights have tried, but got the wrong information from the exploration and others have said the same thing

Call your computer company, which certainly should be you.you always use the video card, RAM and other components that are compatible with the operating system of your computer and motherboard
